Terms of sale

1. Validity of the terms of sale

These terms of sale govern the rights and obligations arising between webshop customers (hereinafter the Customer) and the owner of https://proteesid.ee, Rehabilitatsiooniabi OÜ (hereinafter Rehabilitatsiooniabi), when purchasing products.

In addition to these terms, legal relationships arising from purchases in the webshop are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Rehabilitatsiooniabi reserves the right to amend the terms of sale and the price list. Such changes are published on the website.

2. Prices

Prices of products sold in the https://proteesid.ee webshop are shown in euros. Prices include VAT in accordance with applicable law.

3. Placing an order

To place an order and browse products, go to the “Shop” page.

  1. Find a suitable product and click it for more information.
  2. When you have found a suitable product, enter the quantity and click “Add to cart”.
  3. After adding products, the “Cart” opens and shows the name, quantity and price of the items.
  4. You can then proceed to payment by clicking “Checkout”.
  5. Fill in the contact fields marked with a red asterisk (*).
  6. Review the order and choose a delivery method (Omniva, Itella or DPD). Shipping cost is shown automatically.
  7. Choose a payment method via Montonio (bank links, card payment, etc.) and read the “Terms of sale”.
  8. Click “Place order” and pay for the products.
  9. Order details and an invoice for the paid products will be sent to your email.

Only the services/products shown on the seller’s “Shop” page can be purchased from the webshop.

In the webshop, ordered goods can be paid for via the Montonio payment solution. After paying for the order, leave the payment environment by clicking “Return to merchant”. An order confirmation is then shown on screen. The buyer pays the sales price and delivery fee in full as an advance payment. Payments are accepted in euros.

4. Entry into force of the sales contract

The sales contract enters into force when the full order amount has been received in Rehabilitatsiooniabi OÜ’s bank account.

5. Delivery

After the sales contract enters into force, Rehabilitatsiooniabi assembles the order. The order is dispatched no later than the next working day.

  • Itella Smartpost
  • DPD

As a rule, goods are delivered to the Customer within 1–3 working days. Rehabilitatsiooniabi is not responsible for delivery delays if the goods were handed over to the logistics partner on time.

6. Right of withdrawal

After receiving the order, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded in the webshop within 14 days. The right of withdrawal does not apply if the buyer is a legal person.

To return goods, submit a withdrawal notice by email to: info@proteesid.ee no later than 14 days after receiving the goods.

The buyer bears the cost of returning the goods, except where the reason for return is that the item does not correspond to the order.

7. Procedure for submitting complaints

Rehabilitatsiooniabi is liable for defects in goods sold to the buyer in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Complaints must be submitted by email to info@proteesid.ee.

Rehabilitatsiooniabi will respond to the complaint in writing within 15 days of receiving it.

8. Force majeure

Rehabilitatsiooniabi is not liable for damage or delayed delivery of goods caused by circumstances that could not be influenced or foreseen.
