This privacy policy governs the processing of personal data and the use of cookies by Rehabilitatsiooniabi OÜ (hereinafter proteesid.ee) on the website https://proteesid.ee (hereinafter the website).

DEFINITIONS

Processing of personal data means any operation performed on the personal data of a website user (hereinafter the user) – collecting, processing, storing, correcting or deleting data.

Users are all persons who visit the website, use services or send information to Proteesid.ee. For example reading articles, ordering services or contacting Proteesid.ee by email.

Services are all free and paid products and services offered by Proteesid.ee.

PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

By using the website, the user consents to the processing of their data in accordance with this privacy policy.

Proteesid.ee collects the following personal data of users via the website in the ways described below:

The user has the right at any time to prohibit the processing of their personal data, except where this is necessary to fulfil a contractual obligation, including providing the service.

TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA TO THIRD PARTIES

A third party is a contractual partner of Proteesid.ee who processes personal data and whose product or service Proteesid.ee uses to provide services to the user.

For day-to-day operations Proteesid.ee may use third parties who provide:

  • an email sending and management system,
  • website hosting,

  • social media use and analysis of social media statistics,
  • accounting software.

In addition to the third parties named above, Proteesid.ee transfers the user’s personal data to cooperation partners. This is done only to the extent necessary to provide the service to the user.

RETENTION AND SECURITY OF PERSONAL DATA

Proteesid.ee retains personal data for as long as necessary for the purpose or as required by law. For example, accounting data are kept for 7 years after the end of the financial year, while an email address on the mailing list is kept until the user asks to be removed.

Proteesid.ee takes all reasonable measures to protect the personal data processed. Access to change and process personal data is limited to authorised persons, and all users’ personal data are treated as confidential.

USER RIGHTS

The user has the right at any time to:

  • request access to their data;
  • request correction, completion or, under the conditions provided by law, deletion of personal data;
  • request restriction of processing of personal data;
  • request portability of personal data.

To exercise these rights, the user must send a corresponding request to info@Proteesid.ee.

If the user is on the Proteesid.ee mailing list, they can unsubscribe and opt out of further emails via the link at the end of the email.

To limit the use of cookies, the user can make the relevant choices in their browser settings.

If the User believes that their rights have been violated in the processing of personal data, they have the right to contact the Data Protection Inspectorate.
